Spring 2026 Suicide Prevention Fellowship - April 23 and 24, 2026 at Rutgers School of Public Health
The New Jersey Gun Violence Research Center (GVRC) Firearm Suicide Prevention Fellowship is a one-day event designed to help trainees (post-bacs, graduate students, and postdocs) deepen their understanding of firearm suicide prevention research, receive mentorship from many of the field’s leading experts, and network with peers. The day will consist of a variety of presentations and panels on firearm violence, suicide prevention efforts, science communication, career paths, and grant opportunities, as well as three mentoring sessions.
POSTDOCTORAL FELLOW OPPORTUNITIES
The GVRC Postdoctoral support the Center on research projects focused on firearm suicide prevention and behavior, interpersonal violence, intimate partner violence, and a host of other gun violence related topics.
