Youth and Gun Violence

Youths can be impacted by gun violence as both perpetrators and/or victims, either intentionally or unintentionally. While youths can be directly exposed to gun violence, they can also be indirectly exposed, by witnessing gun violence in their communities. Research in this topic area will study how gun violence affects youth, including psychological, economic, and social consequences of this exposure.
