Husak, Douglas

Dr. Husak is especially interested in similarities and differences between gun control and drug control, especially as they pertain to problems of enforcement of whatever control mechanisms are adopted. His most relevant work is: Douglas Husak: “Guns and Drugs: Case Studies on the Principled Limits of the Criminal Sanction,” 23 Law and Philosophy, (2004), pp.437-493; and Hugh LaFollette’s Gun Control, Criminal Justice Ethics (forthcoming, 2019).
